  • What if my child has additional needs?

We understand that some children require specialised attention so we always endeavour to help them integrate using healthy activities. Our goal is to help each child to feel welcome and appreciated. Our educators will work with your child to recognise their unique abilities and to help them to develop them accordingly. If your child has additional needs, contact us to discuss how we can help.

  • Do I need to provide food for my child?

Our centre provides nutritional meals as part of your child’s care package. We offer morning tea and afternoon tea that is healthy and safe for each child. If your child has unique dietary requirements, we will work with you to ensure they receive the proper nutrition, whether in house or from you directly. Unless approved beforehand, no food should be brought into our centre.

  • How will my child be disciplined?

We believe in connecting with children through positive reinforcement. Rather than using punishment or restriction, we provide helpful guidance through encouragement and support. We try to help the child to identify the negative behaviours and the effect it has on their peers. From there, we work with them to develop self-control and love for others. Our goal is not to discipline a child for any reason, but rather help them to learn what is considerate and appropriate.

  • Will the educational courses help prepare my child for the next grade?

Our curriculum is designed to educate and support all children from birth to preschool age. We identify the children’s interests and strengths and work with these to support them in all areas of development. Our goal is to support and educate children in a holistic way, helping them to develop a positive self identity, and foster their wellbeing.

  • Do you track who comes in and out of the centre?

We use numerous safety procedures to protect your children and we actively monitor who comes in and out of the centre. All visitors are required to show identification. Anyone checking a child in or out will need to be on an approved list. We follow all safety protocols as required by the government. Of course, if you have questions, feel free to contact us.
